Why we cover rank and rent
Local lead generation is one of the few online business models where you can own the asset instead of renting attention. It also attracts a lot of overpriced courses. How we research a review

- Collect member-reported outcomes — first sites, first leads, first rental deals — and note the timelines and the failures alongside the wins.
- Price the full tool stack, not just the membership fee.
- Update the review when the program materially changes.
Our rating criteria
Every program is scored on curriculum depth, quality of support, tooling included, honesty of income claims, price relative to value, and how realistic the path to a first dollar is. A high price isn't automatically bad and a low price isn't automatically good — what matters is whether the program shortens the distance between you and a working asset.
